Alberta Books Canada is getting in on the Holiday gift-giving suggestion lists by offering up our recommendations on some GREAT books written by Alberta authors, published by Alberta publishers, or of interest to readers in Alberta. There is something here for every reader on your list, for all ages and interests. So please check out the links and buy these books!
Or… buy a membership to the local library for everyone on your list so they may borrow any of the books themselves!
Several of the titles listed here are also available, or will soon be available, as eBooks, and will be supported by every type of eReader.
So, no matter how you do it, whether you buy new books as print or in eBook format, or borrow books or eBooks from your library, please consider making this a Reading Holiday for everyone!

Andrew Foley has written several books; PARTING WAYS, DONE TO DEATH and the made into a major motion picture COWBOYS & ALIENS. He could added to the list.
